Who we are
NexusAd operates a reciprocal advertising network. For the data described here we act as controller for account data and as processor for delivery data we handle on behalf of publishers.
What we collect
Account data: name, username, email, optional company, address, country, timezone and avatar.
Security data: sign-in timestamps, provider, IP address and user agent, used to detect unauthorised access.
Delivery data: ad requests, the site domain a request came from, coarse location derived from IP, and impression counts. We do not build cross-site interest profiles and we do not sell data.
Support data: the tickets and messages you send us, and any files you attach.
Why we use it
To operate your account and serve ads; to account for credits accurately; to detect invalid traffic and abuse; to answer support requests; and to meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases are contract performance, legitimate interests in network integrity, and consent where we ask for it.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open and for six years afterwards where needed for tax and dispute records. Raw delivery logs are kept for 90 days; aggregated counts are kept indefinitely. Security logs are kept for 12 months.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Use your account settings or contact us and we will respond within one month.
International transfers and security
Data is hosted in the EU and UK. Where a transfer outside those regions is needed we rely on approved safeguards. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it.
