Terms of Service

Accounts are free and personal to you. You must give accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure and tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

One credit entitles you to one verified impression of your own creative across the network. Credits are earned when you display network banners on a verified site, granted by us, or purchased in a credit pack.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred between accounts, and do not expire while your account remains in good standing.

We may reverse credits earned from invalid traffic, including automated requests, incentivised views, hidden or stacked placements, and impressions that our detection systems classify as fraudulent.

You may only place the network snippet on sites you own or control and which you have listed in your account. Placements must be visible to a human visitor, must not be obscured, auto-refreshed faster than our published limit, or loaded in hidden frames.

Your sites must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and with all applicable law in the territories where they are accessible.

You are solely responsible for your creatives, landing pages and the products or services you promote, including all rights clearances and required disclosures.

All creatives are reviewed against our Advertising Policy before delivery. We may reject or pause any campaign at our discretion and will state a reason in your console.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that presents a security or fraud risk, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

Unspent credits are forfeited when an account is closed for a policy breach.

We work hard to keep ad delivery available but provide the service on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted delivery. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for credit packs in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in your console and by notice on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
